Every year, FAU sends a team to the Nuremberg Moot Court. After the facts of the case have been published, the students first work together to draft their pleadings. The team members then prepare for the oral hearings and work out their presentations. They are assisted by a research assistant from the ICLU, who advises them on content and prepares them for the moot court. Our FAU team practices for the “real thing” in mock training sessions.
